The Tromsø Midnight Sun Marathon offers a unique racing experience above the Arctic Circle, run under continuous daylight in northern Norway. The course takes runners through the compact city of Tromsø and across its iconic bridges, connecting the mainland with Tromsøya island. The route combines urban streets with coastal views, surrounded by mountains and fjords that create a dramatic backdrop throughout the race. The profile features a mix of rolling terrain, with two more noticeable climbs—one early in the race and another around the halfway mark—followed by a flatter second half with smaller undulations. The cool climate and striking scenery make it a memorable but moderately challenging course.
