Winnipeg Police Service

Winnipeg surprises. Rising above the prairie, it’s a metropolis where you least expect it. Cultured, confident and captivating, it’s more than just a pit stop on the Trans-Canada haul, but a destination in its own right, with a couple of world-class museums and a wonderfully diverse dining scene. Wander its historic neighborhoods and lap up a vibe that enjoys being the butt of a Simpsons joke (’That’s it! Back to Winnipeg!‘) and revels in one of the world’s best fringe theater festivals. This will be the backdrop of the WPS Half Marathon!!We would like to welcome you back for the Annual WPS Half Marathon. We look forward to once again providing you the chance to create some great memories and enjoy Winnipeg’s outdoors!Over the years our team of volunteers has been dedicated to providing a great running event but to also raise awareness and funds on behalf of the Canadian Cancer Society.Join us in keeping her legacy alive as we meet again in May to run, walk, laugh, cry but finish the WPS Half Marathon.
