The Accura Perth Half Marathon offers runners a fast and scenic course along the Swan River in Western Australia’s capital. The race starts near Burswood and follows the river westward along the southern side of the water, with long stretches beside open waterfront roads. The course continues toward the western side of central Perth before looping back and returning east toward the finish. The race is run close to the river, giving participants open water views and a very flat course, with only 21 meters of elevation gain. The course is run on paved roads and paths and avoids major climbs, with only a few slight rises visible across the distance. Combined with its well-organized setup and supportive atmosphere, the race offers a smooth and fast-paced running experience.
