Justice Run is an annual Half and Full Marathon to end human trafficking. We are excited to share Justice Run is coming to Austin! Justice Run Fort Worth is happening October 25, 2025 with Justice Run Austin taking place November 1, 2025! Join thousands of people from across the nation this fall to take a stand against one of the greatest evils of our lifetime - human trafficking. Justice Run began in 2021 and was born out of a vision to bring restoration to those enslaved in human trafficking in our city, state, nation, and world. With funds raised from Justice Run, we are building The Justice Residences, which are long-term restoration homes that will house up to 100 survivors at a time for long-term care (1 to 3 years). We recommend coming 30 minutes early to get a good parking spot and prepare for your run. 7:00 AM: Full Marathon 8:00 AM: Half-Marathon

Pro tips

Racing it

  1. 01

    Park early

The race asks runners to arrive about 30 minutes early to claim a parking spot before the 7:00 marathon start. Build that buffer into your morning.

  2. 02

    Two start times

Marathoners go off at 7:00 and half runners at 8:00, so half participants start an hour later and finish in the warmer part of the day. Plan your effort around that gap.

  3. 03

    Warm late-October run

Typical race-day temperature is around 22.7C, warm for a long fall race. The hour-later half start puts you in the hottest window, so ease your early pace.

  4. 04

    Cause-driven field

This is a cause race raising funds for The Justice Residences, long-term restoration homes for survivors. Expect a purpose-driven field and plenty of fellow runners around you.

  5. 05

    Crowded opening miles

The event draws thousands from across the nation, so the early kilometers can feel congested. Seed yourself realistically to avoid weaving through the pack.

In Fort Worth

  • Foot-friendly downtown

Downtown Fort Worth is compact and walkable, so park once and cover the rest on foot; race-morning street closures make driving across the center slow. Sundance Square is the easiest gathering point.

  • Where to watch

Spectators get good views along the Trinity River and Trinity Park, where paths and open banks let you move between spots. The Stockyards and Cultural District draw crowds later in the day.

  • Easy recovery

Fort Worth's flat, shady Trinity Trails are ideal for an easy recovery walk or shakeout the day after. The Stockyards or the Botanic Garden make a relaxed afternoon once legs loosen up.
