The race
Starting at Lough Inagh, travelling north past Killary Harbour and onto the halfway point at Leenaun where the leader is met by the sixty strong field of half marathoners. The race skips in and out of the Gaeltacht areas of north Connemara before entering the challenging Maam Valley.
